What I do ??

Stretching is an important part of an individual's recovery when it comes to daily life. That includes work life, personal life and physical activity. Stretching has proven to help reduce stress and depression amongst individuals as well. The only issue is that we cannot always stretch ourselves the way we need to. That is where I come in and I stretch you, in other words: Assisted Stretching. 

The method I use for these sessions is called: Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF)

(The contraction and relaxation of a specific muscle group)
