Vaughn is extremely professional and well informed in his craft. He asked me the right questions to formulate a more effective session for my personal needs. Iv been suffering from chronic pain since being in a car accident where I was rear ended by an 18-wheeler. I also pulled my hamstring years ago and it healed a little weird so he very delicate and took his time to not only stretch and loosen up tension but, educate me during the process. He answered all my questions to give me a better understanding of what he was doing and how it would help me and my flexibility and movement.
